GENERAL
▸ Commissions cannot be reproduced for profit unless previously agreed upon.
▸ The client does not have the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or any future developments in this field.
▸ The price of the commission may vary depending on the complexity of the character.
▸ The client is free to use the commissioned artwork as they wish but cannot claim credit for creating it.
▸ The client must not alter, edit, distort, or hire others to modify the artwork without clear permission.PAYMENTS
▸Full payment is required upfront to start working on the commission. This is to avoid scams.
▸No refundPROCESS
▸ The completion time depends on the complexity of the commission but will generally take up to 1 months.
▸ I will provide 3 progress updates: sketch, base colors, and final version.
▸ Minor changes can be made during the WIP (work in progress) stage.
▸ Please provide a clear and detailed description of your request to avoid any misunderstandings.COMMERCIAL USE
▸ Commercial use costs double the commission price.
▸ You are permitted to use the final product on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, or in any promotional or advertising materials. Additionally, you may print the artwork on items or paper, but only for personal use.
▸ Only clients who have paid for commercial rights are allowed to use the artwork for profit.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
▸ You may not claim the artwork as your own. If shared on social media or websites, credit must be given to me as the artist.
▸ You are not permitted to use the commissioned artwork for any AI-related purposes.
▸ Any breach of these terms will result in you being added to my public blacklist.COMMUNICATION
